Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

It's happened to the best of us: while enjoying a perfectly pleasant day of shopping, nature suddenly calls. If the store doesn't have a restroom, do you head back home? Do you stop everything and duck into a nearby restaurant? Do you ignore it in hopes that the urge will magically disappear? What. Do. You. Do?

To solve your tinkle troubles, we've rounded up ten great stores with quality restrooms. Some of these places are likely already on your shopping itinerary, or at least close to your selected retail stops. In addition to being absolute life-savers, a handful are pretty cool-looking, like stylish Beckley's A Clockwork Orange themed loo above.
