Silver Lake isn't the only neighborhood having a gentrification moment. Downtown LA is also on the retail rise. With all the excitement surrounding the bevy of new stores cropping up as part of the Bringing Back Broadway initiative, the city's core is swiftly transforming into a must-shop destination.
