Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

To offer some Monday motivation for your afternoon workout, we think it's a guide time to revive our guide to LA's most popular hiking trails. Although these spots sure are scenic, be forewarned that they're flooded with touristy traffic and incognito paparazzi due to their very high volume of celebrity sightings.

If catching Miley Cyrus walking her dog at Wilacre Park in Studio City or spotting Justin Timberlake sprinting by at Runyon Canyon in Hollywood validates your sweat session, then make it your goal to visit as many of these trails as possible. Just be sure to bring some heavy-duty blotting papers with you in case the perfect photo opp pops up.
