Seeing as Aussies and Angelenos share a similar beachside state of mind, it's fitting that the Gold Coast's coolest bridal brand would make its U.S. debut in the Golden State. Meet non-traditional label Grace Loves Lace, which opens its first-ever stateside outpost on buzzing Abbot Kinney today.

Choker-obsessed brides-to-be will dig the five-year-old line, which is known for its luxurious lace and silk gowns fit for both minimalist and bohemian girls alike. The 1,350-square-foot Venice boutique features sky-high ceilings, wood and gold accents, and touches of greenery, creating a dreamy setting for its range of dresses (all designed and made Down Under) and superb styling services (which includes French champagne and rose petal tea).

As far as the goods, expect to find GLL's full selection of wedding silhouettes, from streamlined silk maxi dresses to layered lace gowns ($680 to $2,810). There's also a complete range of accessories, veils, jewelry, and footwear, including embellished dainty lace veils for $170 and up, leather chokers for $310, diamond- and pearl-encrusted anklets for $510, and more.

The space is open by appointment only; one-on-one seshes are $55 for an hour and fees can be redeemed towards your dress. Once you're ready to find The One (dress), you can book your consultation here.
