A Bohemian Concept Shop Brings Vintage, Beauty, and Art to Santa Monica

Santa Monica's Main Street wins again. The latest to join the buzzing stretch is Blossom Atelier, a bohemian concept boutique that houses vintage treasures, a beauty corner, and an artist-friendly event space under one roof.

Founded by celebrity hair and makeup artist Jamie Leonard and contemporary art collector Gilena Simmons, the shop offers vintage clothing (like Levi's denim, '70s tees, kimonos, and more) home goods, and accessories fit for modern-day flower children, plus a selection of beauty products and retro hair accessories. The eclectic hangout offers a one-chair hair salon for cuts by Leonard herself, plus an ever-changing art wall serving up inspiration on the reg.

Even the interiors have an artful story: reclaimed wood from a burning Korean ship (we're told it represents success) deck out the space, while the opposite wall features modern stone tile to represent the future.
