This New Echo Park Vintage Shop Is a Bohème Dream

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

When we booked model Jordan Rebello for our fall fashion photo shoot last year, we knew that we'd be seeing the local talent again real soon. In addition to posing for the likes of Glossier, the hot mama (yes, she has a child!) is also a purveyor of retro fashion, which is why we're thrilled that she's just opened her very first vintage shop.

Co-owned by equally gorgeous model and creative Abby Stedman, Trouble in Paradise (how great is that name?) offers "vintage for the metropolitan bohemian," as the Echo Park-based shop's inspiring Instagram notes. See below for a further peek inside, and welcome the store to the neighborbood this Sunday from 4 to 6pm to enjoy Cava and Fantasias before Rebello and Stedman's friend Pearl Charles plays at the Echo at 8pm.
