It's been a while since we checked in on Lido Marina Village, Newport Beach's cool new luxury lifestyle center. Following Alchemy Works's coastal arrival, the seaside shopping hub has rolled out a few shops, including Clare V., Bailey44, Lido Marina Village Books, Curl Fitness, Tress Apothecary & Salon, Planet Blue, Aesop, and Steven Alan. (Phew!)
We took an OC road trip to check up on LMV's fashionable facelift, and as seen in the gallery above, it's coming along quite nicely. On top of adding a fresh coat of paint to its charming buildings, the al fresco retail/resto/fitness development has spruced up its property wooden decks, drought-tolerant greenery, and brick pathways.
Up next, the buzzy pierside hangout will welcome Black Optical, Eberjey, Faherty, Velvet by Graham & Spencer, and Jenni Kayne this summer; and home decor and lifestyle boutique Serena & Lilly, luxe fragrance brand Le Labo (!!!), and Elyse Walker this fall. As far as grub, Juice Served Here is now open; upcoming openings include Zinque (summer), craft beer and tapas spot Lido Bottle Works (fall), and L'Isoletta and Nobu (winter).
Peep the progress on LMV 2.0 above and stay tuned for more updates.
