Thanks to tons of new openings and a handful of incredible talents, LA's nail art scene is currently booming. The East Coast is no doubt feeling the wave, which is why New York hot spot tenoverten is set to open its first shop right here in Culver City. We've just learned that equally-cool expat Valley Nails may be following in its footsteps.
Ahead of opening her third Valley Nails salon in New York, founder and owner Nina Werman tells WWD that she has "Los Angeles in mind" but "declined to give a time frame or definitive location."
