Last year we tipped you off to the opening of Place 8 Healing, a DTLA crystal sanctuary in which metaphysical-minded folks can make appointments for private readings and healing sessions, as well as shop stones and fine jewelry.

Hollywood bigwigs have let Place 8's founder and healing honcho Azalea Lee — a former costume designer who discovered her purpose sourcing gems for her jewelry line As Above So Below — take them on a spiritual journey by both placing specific stones over their body and recommending some for their own use. Since such practices have already become popularized by the stylish set, it only makes sense that one of LA's coolest retailer's would want to utilize some of Lee's brand of magic.

Next Thursday, TenOverSix is inviting the crystal maven by between 4pm and 7pm to offer complimentary mini readings as well as a selection of stones for shopping. Stop by for your own personal session; the enlightenment is free, but we can't promise you won't want to blow your paycheck picking up quartz, tourmaline, hematite, and anything else to help you achieve the utmost positive vibes.
