Looks like we’ll have to hold tight a bit longer for L’Eclaireur’s first-ever stateside boutique. Expected to open last month, the avant-garde Parisian retailer’s outpost on Robertson has yet to open its doors — but there’s promising proof that it might finally arrive soon.
Although L'Eclaireur tells it has yet to nail down an official opening date, a trusted tipster tells us the store may open in September. However, we noticed that its artsy brown paper window coverings have been taken down since our last visit a few weeks back, which gives us high hopes that the shop may debut sometime this summer.
As previously mentioned, the envelope-pushing French shop is taking over celeb florist David Jone's three-story building in the West Hollywood Design District. In the meantime, prep yourself by taking a peek at L'Eclaireur's cool outposts in France here, see the state of its LA boutique's progress below, and stay tuned for more.
