We've been restlessly tapping our feet ever since Bobbi Brown revealed her plans to open her first West Coast boutique, which was slated to debut last summer. The wait (nearly a year!) is finally over, as WWD notes that the celebrity makeup artist's first LA shop quietly arrived on S. Santa Monica Boulevard in Beverly Hills yesterday.
Brown tell the fashion trade pub that the 700-square-foot space "reflects my personal philosophy that beauty isn't just about makeup — it's about taking care of yourself, healthy eating, and regular exercise," an ethos that she says she shares with wellness-minded Angelenos. Beauty buffs will find her full collection of cosmetics, plus her line of sunglasses.
In addition, the store features a range of beauty guides and services, and offers one-on-one makeup sessions both in-house and off-site. That's not all: the shop will serve both local and global visitors, as Brown tells WWD that she plans on hiring staff fluent in Chinese, Farsi, Korean, or Spanish.
Stay tuned for more!
