New Besties Adele and Jennifer Lawrence Are Officially Neighbors Now

If you've noticed a little bit more magic in the air, it's because the flawless being that is Adele has officially settled into her brand new LA home. Our sister site Curbed reveals that the 28-year-old British songstress shelled out $9.5 million for her 6,500-square-foot Beverly Hills estate, which features "an awesome treehouse, a pool and spa, and an outdoor train set."

Also awesome are her neighbors. Tucked away in a popular gated community known as Hidden Valley (insert immature ranch dressing joke here), Curbed notes that Adele's four-bedroom, six-bathroom abode is steps away from fellow famous person Jennifer Lawrence's residence. Given that Adele, J Law, and Emma Stone were spotted grabbing dinner together just a few months ago, this dream neighbor scenario is no coincidence but rather a sign of Adele and J Law's growing friendship. Maybe. We foresee many slumber parties — hopefully in the treehouse, and co-starring Stone! — in their future.
