Stylish Moms and More: The Best Looks From Spring's Echo Park Craft Fair

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

We can always count on the Echo Park Craft Fair as a spot to scope out some of the city's most fashionable and creative scenesters. And considering the high-end market's Spring edition takes place over Mother's Day weekend, this past Saturday and Sunday was no exception, as the best-dressed women doubled up on style by bringing along their chic mamas and adorably-dressed offspring.

Though, as per usual, EPCF offered laundry list of cool, local designers and makers (Black Crane, Doen, Calder Blake, Darner Socks, and Heidi Merrick are just the tip of the iceberg) and provisions by the likes of Bub & Grandma's, Soo_n, Snow Con Amor, and insider-fave Alejandra's Quesadillas, it was the head-to-toe looks on both vendors and attendees that we couldn't take our eyes off.

Mack Sennett Studios totally transformed into a who's-who of LA's style stars, and we rounded up some of the best of the best, in case you missed it. The casual affair saw a parade of denim (Canadian tuxedos, vintage 501s, etc), pastel sandals and slip-ons (with practically everyone sporting Marais's latest styles), and loads of breezy linen pieces. But our fave part? Seeing how moms coordinated with mini me's.
