Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Following its DTLA redo, YAS Fitness is relocating its Venice outpost. The yoga and indoor cycling studio known for its 'No Om Zone' is ditching Abbot Kinney for a bigger space on Main Street, which is set to open in August.
Landing not far from a trio of fellow Abbot Kinney expats, the Racked Fit Club fave's 5,500-square-foot space will feature 50 brand-new bikes, a full juice bar, an on-site physical therapist, and validated parking (the street parking struggle is real on Abbot Kinney). In addition, the space will house the first-ever yoga-meets-official Spin chain's HQ.
We're told the new location will keep the same class schedule; stay tuned for the exact opening date.
