Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
If your out-of-the-box Mother's Day involves indie shopping, vintage treasure hunting, and sunny skies, tell ma to clear her sched this Saturday. From 11am to 5pm, Brooklyn-bred bazaar Artists & Fleas's Abbot Kinney installment is once again transforming Westminster Elementary into a stylish vintage-filled marketplace.
As always, expect a stylish lineup of over 75 local artists, designers, fashion trucks, and vintage vendors. Falafel and hummus truck Falasophy and juice maker Zugo Liquitarian will be on hand, while the folks at Tintype Booth will capture your memories with mom in an old-timey photo. Plus, be among the first 100 shoppers to arrive and score a free organic tote bag.
Into it? Check out the full roster of participants here.
