Surprise! After stringing us along for nearly a year, BNKR's first Stateside flagship has opened a week ahead of schedule. The Australian retailer (pronounced "bunker") debuted its DTLA boutique last Saturday, offering a stellar roster of cult-favorite labels from Down Under in a minimalist stress-free setting.
Located kitty-corner to fellow Oz import Aesop at 9th and Broadway, the 6,800-square-foot store's Cali-inspired interiors feature modern hanging fixtures, sleek gray flooring, light wood paneling, and touches of greenery throughout. The bright and airy floor is organized by brand; expect to find clothing by C/meo Collective, Keepsake, Finders, and The Fifth, plus footwear by Jaggar.
As mentioned, the shop's toasting its new digs this Saturday from 12 to 3pm with free refreshments from Juice Served Here and The Bronzed Aussie, complimentary nail art by NCLA, a $500 gift card giveaway, and more.
Above, explore the light-infused space and swing by Monday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm and Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
