From reclaiming Rodeo Drive's glory to solidifying its celebrity playground status, there's much to love about Beverly Hills. As part of its hometown pride campaign, the 90210 literally wrote a book on its luxury appeal and highlights the high-end haunts of local style stars and more.
For its just-published Definition of Luxury tome, the luxe city asked 12 LA influencers to weigh in on their favorite nabe, including style mogul Rachel Zoe, Cali design star Kelly Wearstler, Kardashian trainer/squad member Gunnar Peterson, and other tastemakers across fashion, food, art, real estate, and more.
See a few excerpts below, read more online here, and buy the 109-page book here.
Saint Laurent Beverly Hills
I’ll always stop into Hermès, Saint Laurent, Chanel, Tom Ford or Burberry—I could spend hours in those boutiques! With a client, I love the cozy setting of The Palm. I have so many favorite places to go with my family—my top go-to’s are Il Pastaio, Barney’s, and the Farmer’s Market on Civic Center Drive—I’m there every Sunday with my boys.

Kelly Wearstler on where she caffeinates and sweats:
I stop in [at Urth Caffe] every morning on my way to the studio for a double dry macchiato.
[For workouts], I mix up Barry’s Boot Camp and [Hot 8 Yoga] in the mornings. It clears my head.

Gunnar Peterson on his personal connection to The Peninsula:
I met my wife Jess at The Peninsula Beverly Hills and we subsequently got married there so that's always a go-to spot!
