Tonight, Britney Spears performed a medley of her greatest hits during the Billboard Music Awards — complete with hair flips, a tear-off suit dress, and other such Brit-Brit signatures. But the obvious highlight of the performance was the pop star's sparkling red two-piece costume, a showstopper of Showgirls proportions:
