WEST HOLLYWOOD—If you don't already know, Urban Nomads LA is a multi-brand pop-up experience that showcases national and international independent designers, and this Saturday from 11am-6:30pm, you can revel in the shopping extravaganza on the rooftop at E.P. & L.P. (603 N La Cienega Boulevard). Make sure to send an RSVP email to info@urbannomadsla.com, and otherwise the event is totally free. The list of designers includes Gala Is Love, Strita DTLA, menswear denim label HAALA, and Bowenero, among plenty of others.

SILVER LAKE—Join botanical wonderland The Plant Provocateur (3318 Sunset Boulevard) in a stimulating aromatherapy workshop with expert aromatherapist and perfumer Persephenie. The Aromatic Apothecary Introduction Workshop runs from 11am-2pm on Sunday, and will introduce you to the therapeutic and healing properties of essential oils through a hands-on class. You'll get to know different oils, learn about safety and ratios, methods of extraction, basic blending, and modes of application.  Participants will also make and take home one therapeutic blend, with tickets available here for $65.
