Jovani's Blinged-Out Gowns Arrive on Robertson

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

What a difference two years makes on Robertson. Eveningwear brand Jovani opened its first stateside boutique in Les Habitudes's former space last month, swapping out its predecessor's edgy (and pricey) bridal dresses for red carpet gowns.

The 3,500-square-foot shop — which joins the brand's international outposts in Kuwait and Russia — offers Jovani's prom-ready Maslavi line, special occasion cocktail dresses and eveningwear, and a bespoke Signature collection that allows shoppers to customize different fabrics, necklines, sleeves, hand-beaded Swarovski crystals, and more options.

Jovani is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm, Saturday from 9am to 7pm, and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
