Listen up, home decor buffs. It's no secret that Hammer & Spear in DTLA's Arts District is serious capsule of cool, but did you know that the space is also home to a handful of exclusive brands? While the interior design mecca is the only LA shop where you can purchase De La Espada's Neri&Hu collection, Mary Little's fabric art, and Jason Mizrahi chairs, it's also the only spot to score Matthew McCormick's incredible lighting in all of the United States.
The Vancouver, Canada-based designer is known for his show-stopping lighting fixtures and illuminated art installations, so owning anything from him at your home is sure to give you major decor creds. Although Matthew's creations don't come cheap prices range from $1,012 for an 8" version of one of the above "Halo" lights in brass/copper to $12,000 for a custom "Dawn" or "Dusk" fixture, consider in an investment in your bright future as a home entertaining goddess.
