West Third Street has been lacking in the flowy caftan department since Lotta Stensson shuttered last summer, and that void will soon be replaced by another local label of an edgier bohemian persuasion. Queen of the cobweb tee Raquel Allegra is taking over Stensson's former space for her first-ever boutique, which is set to open this Friday.
Located next door to Son of A Gun, the shop will be a "naturally luxurious environment of pure creative expression," as the LA designer reveals on Instagram. From what we can tell from Allegra's teaser photos, that translates to a raw-meets-polished aesthetic (think sleek gray walls and flooring with handmade wood furnishings), all the better to reflect her signature shredded creations and moody tie-dye wonders.
Take a peek at the exterior below and stay tuned for more.
