Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

It's gonna cost commitment-phobic fitness fiends a little more to gym hop in LA. After launching in SoCal two years ago, Classpass is raising its unlimited membership rate to $175 a month, effective this July.

As Consumerist notes, this marks the second time that the workout booking app has hiked up its monthly fee in Los Angeles. The service's unlimited option started at $99 when it first arrived in LA and OC, then bumped up the price to $119. A Base membership (five classes per month) will cost you $60, while the Core (10 classes) is now $115.
