Three years after upping its A-game, DTLA's Broadway is still clearly still booming. The latest to join the block is LA-based tech accessories brand Hex, which is opening its first brick-and-mortar space next month.

Landing next door to Urban Outfitters in the historic Tower Theater, the 300-square-foot shop will stock the label's laptop- and camera-friendly backpacks, duffels, messenger bags, phone cases, wallets, and more. Co-founder Trent Valladares tells us team Hex is a big fan of LA history, "as well as architecture and design [...] and we love the efforts currently underway to bring Broadway back to glory and just felt like it was the right fit for us to start our retail adventure."

He adds that the brand considered Venice, SaMo, Atwater Village, and the Arts District before ultimately landing on the theatre-happy shopping stretch. Stay tuned for the opening date and more.
