In case you missed it, Kylie Jenner is singlehandedly trying to revive Von Dutch, a rather embarrassing local brand that reached its peak in the early 2000s. This past weekend the reality star, designer, and beauty mogul posted not one, not two, but three Instagrams wearing a quintessential Von Dutch trucker hat, which spawned a series of torn comments ranging from "Nooooooo" to "I didn't know it was 2004" to "I literally screen shotted this earlier hahaha was like the queen has spoken Von Dutch is back hahaha" to "OMG I hope Von Dutch ready for the high demand again."
Whether you're Team Von Dutch Revival or not, the multinational licensing company—named after Kenny Howard, an artist and pinstriper of the Kustom Kulture movement—is on everyone's radar again. To acknowledge this confusing time, we've rounded up a few archived images of Von Dutch in it's heyday, including one of Justin Timberlake wearing Jenner's hat of choice. (And in case you're wondering, yes, VonDutch.com is still up and running.)
