After landing Hennessey & Ingalls and soon-to-open Benjamin salon, The Yards at One Santa Fe is scoring even more beauty and books. Real estate firm Runyon Group tells us the DTLA Arts District development is adding new luxury nail spa called Mailbox and comics shop A Shop Called Quest to its directory.
A Shop Called Quest's third SoCal location (they've got outposts in Claremont and Redland) will bring graphic novels, collectible vinyl toys, art prints, and more to the megadevelopment. No word yet on when the two will open; stay tuned for more.
