We've been hearing from more than one stylish local that Artists and Fleas newly-added Venice spot is already becoming quite the hub for neighborhoodies and commuters alike who are searching to shop a pristine roundup of vintage vendors, makers, and curated culinary treats.
Since we knew that these would clearly be grounds for some chic weekender style, we stopped by the fair—which takes place the first and fourth Saturday of every month at Westminster Avenue Elementary—this past weekend to scope out what both shoppers and sellers were sporting. We were happy to see lots of local labels represented on attendees (Janessa Leone straw hats, Christy Dawn dresses, and Lily Ashwell linen dungarees among them) as well as a healthy dose of well-chosen vintage pieces in the mix. Leave it to Venice to bring the cool, casual vibe that Los Angeles has become synonymous with. We were def taking notes from some of the fair's most fashionable.
