Hate it or love it, fur has made an official comeback with the help of North West and Rihanna. Although our city's warm temperatures don't really give Angelenos a reason to wear this controversial fabric, Fendi's new flagship is chock-full of it. Located steps away from the iconic Italian luxury label's former Rodeo Drive space, the new shop serves as its official West Coast Flagship and also offers the debut of Fendi's men's collection.
Designed with a nod to both the arts and Rome, the store houses women's ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, and accessories designed by Fendi creative directors Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Venturini Fendi. The brand tells us that "the ready-to-wear and fur area showcases the Maison's expertly crafted and distinctive fur creations by Karl Lagerfeld," and "fur workmanship tablets" are exhibited throughout the store "to emphasize Fendi's unique ability in fur craftsmanship."
In other words, Fendi really DGAF about protestors.
Fendi's Beverly Hills flagship is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm.
