Crap Eyewear "The Wild Gift" in Cotton Candy, $58

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Since it seems like we experience approximately 364 sunshine-y days a year, we're constantly in need of cool new sunnies to put into rotation. And though we'll occasionally splurge on a super-luxe pair from shops like Gogosha (who, btw, is having an epic sale as we speak), we can also totally echo the sentiments of our recent juice date (and 1/2 of Show Me Your Mumu) Cammy Hebert who told us she digs affordable local line Crap since she's constantly losing pairs.

We just got to peep Crap's brand new Spring collection and immediately set our sights on this pale pink cat-eye pair for the totally do-able price of $58. First off, since Rose Quartz is one of 2016's Pantone colors, this is one accessory to get you completely in on the trend. But since the retro shape has remained classic since the 1950's, you're also going to get plenty of mileage out of these—until, that is, you lose them to a sea lion after a post-wine tasting walk on the pier. We learned that one the hard way.
