Last fall, we revealed that cool-kid e-commerce shop LCD (formerly Lust Covet Desire) was set to open its very first brick-and-mortar store on bustling Lincoln Boulevard. After months of anticipation, the time has finally come! Starting this Saturday, March 12th, westside shoppers will be able to experience the retailer's 600-square-feet of modern and minimalist clothing, accessories, jewelry, beauty, and home goods.
"We're so excited to be on Lincoln Blvd in Venice; the neighborhood reminds me of what Abbot Kinney used to be: full of interestingly curated, independently-run boutiques where real locals shop," founder Geraldine Chung tells us. "That kind of idiosyncrasy is what makes Venice—a cross-section of cultures, generations, and simply geography—so special to me."
Chung adds that the curated store will carry unique items from indie stars like Gabriela Artigas, Shaina Mote, Grown Alchemist, Ryan Roche, and more. (We're particularly into this $25 "Venice or Nowhere" tote by Knowlita.)
LCD opens this Saturday at 11am. Store hours will be Tuesday though Saturday from 11am to 6pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm. Closed Mondays.
