Maybe its name wasn't cute enough. Maybe its theme wasn't clear. Maybe its beverages weren't all that delicious. Maybe we really have reached the end of the cold-pressed juice craze. Whatever the case may be, Orchard Flats Cold Pressed Juicery—a spot beloved by Vanessa Hudgens—has shuttered for good.
Our friends at Eater reveal that the juice chain has closed all of its locations, which includes Burbank, Beverly Grove, Studio City, La Canada, and Santa Monica. They add that Orchard "had a pretty restricted menu that stuck exclusively to juices and healthy coffee beverages, which perhaps wasn't enough to keep the brand alive in the overly saturated market."
That sounds about right. RIP, Orchard Flats.
