Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Flowerboy Project is one of our fave local flower shops because in addition to staying stocked with beautiful blooms, the Venice spot also acts as a cool cafe (rose milk latte anyone?) and retail space for goods by the likes of Clare V., Apolis, and Baldwin.
And the experimentation doesn't stop with the shop's exotic floral arrangements or multi-use space. This Friday the brick-and-mortar will be the destination for brand new Bronx-based clothing label Hul Arnold's debut. The minimalist-with-an-edge line will be displayed and available to shop during the 6-9pm launch, which will also feature tunes by DJ Wiseacre.
