Courtney Love's Nasty Gal Collab Is Just As Grunge-Goth As We Expected

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Attempts to commodify Courtney Love's iconic '90s grunge-goth wardrobe will not be tolerated — unless it's by the kinderwhore queen herself. Nasty Gal has unleashed all of the details of its upcoming collab with the former Hole frontwoman, and as you can see, it's just as lacy and racy (and yes, affordable) as we dreamed.

The very definition of Love's Live Through This-era closet, the 18-piece "Love, Courtney" range includes lacy lingerie separates, silk maxi gowns, footwear, a ballet-inspired neck ruff-looking thing, and (drumroll, please) babydoll dresses in black, light blue, and blush pink. Pricing ranges from $48 to high-waisted lace undies to $110 for mesh stilettos to $188 for a luxe kimono; not too shabby, considering Love inspired quite the astronomical-priced Saint Laurent collection.

See the (almost) all-black-everything range the gallery above and mark your cal for next Thursday, January 14th when the collab drops online and at Nasty Gal's SaMo and WeHo boutiques.
