BEVERLY GROVE—Cool local brands like Creative Recreation and This Is Ground have taken turns popping up at Liberty Concept Space's (8366 1/2 W 3rd Street) transformative storefront. For the month of January, the location welcomes SoCal-inspired (but made in NYC) menswear label Krammer & Stoudt alongside Texan boot brand Helm to showcase a cool collection of goods for the modern man. Both companies pride themselves on their American-made products, and their traditional approach to creating forward-thinking gear. Liberty Concept celebrates the month-long run (the pop up comes to an end on January 31st) this Friday with a 6-10pm reception that includes cocktails courtesy of Deep Eddy Vodka, another Texas import.

LONG BEACH—Last week we reminded you that the latest edition of streetwear-centric tradeshow Agenda is back again this Thursday and Friday. Though the show itself is exclusive to industry insiders, Friday's Emerge Conference at the Long Beach Convention Center's Center Theater (300 E Ocean Boulevard) can be attended by the general public. The 7-10pm event will mark the 5th installment of this informational panel discussion, which is set to include powerhouse players from Adidas and Stance as well as artist/badass boarder Mark Gonzales. Tickets, which go for $50, can be purchased here.
