BEVERLY HILLS—A true legend is never really lost, and David Bowie's far-reaching artistic influence lives on in fashion, music, film, and our collective cultural memories. This weekend only, The Paley Center for Media (465 N Beverly Drive) pays tribute to the late, great Renaissance man with a celebratory exhibition, David Bowie: Sound + Vision. First presented in 2002, Sound + Vision was the first retrospective devoted to Bowie's kaleidoscopic career, and the five-part series of screenings showcases his work with archival footage and rarely seen performances, including outtakes. The first three packages on Saturday feature his early work (1964-1982), and the final two on Sunday extend to 2002. Admission is free and both days run from 11:30am-5pm.

BURBANK—With over 65 vendors from all across SoCal, the Pickwick Vintage Show (1001 Riverside Drive) guarantees that even the pickiest of vintage clothing and textile enthusiasts will find something to take home. In addition to a vast selection of apparel and fabrics, look for amazing, one-of-a-kind jewelry and accessories finds, and an absolutely staggering selection of denim. The show runs from 10am-5pm on Sunday, and tickets can be purchased at the door or for a slight discount online. It might be worth dropping an extra $10 on preview tickets to gain access at 9am; with so many awesome items, it would be killer to get a first look.

ARCADIA—Trot out your Insta-worthy Kentucky Derby finest and head out to the racetrack at Santa Anita Park (285 W Huntington Drive) tomorrow for the Sunshine Millions California Cup. Purchase either General Admission or VIP tickets here, and you'll enjoy a strictly Cali-bred horse race, access to the club house, and a wine festival featuring local varietals (VIP admission offers food tastings as well).
