Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
If you're like us, you're regularly ogling the Instagram feeds of LA's floral superstars and their variety of creative arrangements (I.e.: "Is that a kumquat?!"). South Pasadena's sweet flower shop Vavé Studios wants to help you get a little closer to that Domestic Goddess status with a workshop this Sunday that will teach you tips to create your very own 'gram-worthy bouquet.
The storefront, which frequently offers up its space as a destination for learning such things as succulent wreath-making or macrame airplant hanger weaving, and for its latest lesson, guests will learn how to make an arrangement using herbs and berries.
Did we mention the class will also be boasting champagne cocktails? We can't think of a better Sunday morning activity to do with your bestie. Tickets for the 11am-1pm workshop ($55) can be purchased here.
