Welcome to the Year of the Monkey! Usher in the start of another year in the Chinese zodiac with a kick-off parade on Saturday from 2-5pm in Glendale at The Americana at Brand and a month of special shopping events and deals at The Grove. Enjoy festive décor throughout both properties until February 20th, with nightly fountain lighting events at The Grove, and lucky red envelopes filled with cash prizes and retailer gift cards through February 8th.

It's got everything you'd want from a splashy New Year's parade, including traditional lion and dragon performances to chase away bad luck (see ya, Mercury in retrograde), acrobats, lots of gourmet food to snack on, calligraphy artists, and special appearances by cast members from ABC's Fresh off The Boat.
