Los Angeles' premier wholesale shopping destination for trade buyers, LA Mart will be offering industry insiders even more incentive to visit the 150 showrooms during its annual Winter Market, which kicks off this Thursday.
Through February 2nd, the mart's plethora of home and design products and wares will be available for perusing from 9am-6pm. In addition to special show prices, guests to the Winter Market can partake in complimentary wine bars on each floor (open 3-6pm), and a Conscious Biz LA Pop-up shop. Located on the second floor, the mini market will feature vendors offering recycled/upcycled, solar-powered, vegan, or otherwise eco-friendly products. One of the participants, Floorplan Rugs, will also giving away a Turkish vintage kilim pillow to one of the guests to sign up for the company's mailing list.
Though this event is still strictly limited to designers and buyers, the Winter Market lets its attendees mart shop several spots in one fell swoop—as opposed to its usual appointment-only policy. Interested parties should register here (FYI registration includes providing credentials) to take advantage of the retail opportunities and festivities.
