KOREATOWN—Our adoration of blogger/health foodie Lee Tilghman is documented (she was recently our resident farmer's market guru). The admiration we have for her expertly-styled smoothie bowls and wholesome parfaits (total heart-eyed emoji overload), coupled with our New Year's body-bettering goals make attending Poketo at The Line's (3515 Wilshire Boulevard) Wellness Reboot workshop this Saturday a no-brainer. Tilghman, who's also a yoga teacher in training, will kick off the 2-5pm event with a a few energizing postures, then guide guests through creating their very own awe-inducing (you'll have to 'gram it) breakfast parfait with healthful, beneficial ingredients. The $85 ticket—which you can grab here—also includes a goodie bag with yumminess from Moon Juice, Gemstone Organic, Aloha, Go Macro, and Herbivore Botanicals and a zine with tips and recipes penned by Tilghman.

PASADENA—When it comes to getting though a killer indoor cycling sesh at SoulCycle, anyone who's attended a class at one of the celeb-faved studios knows music selection is key. We're particularly excited about this Friday's offering at the Pasadena location (140 S Lake Avenue), in which trainer Nick Pratley will help clients crush it with a Bieber vs Usher playlist. Pedal to tunes by the pop protege and his mentor at the 10:30am class and before you know it, you'll have sweated your way to success—and totally had a blast. Sign up for this one here.
