Along with Stonehenge and the Pyramid of Giza, one of the great wonders of the world is Mario Lopez, who is somehow aging backwards. The former Saved by the Bell star, current Extra host, and upcoming Grease: Live cast member seriously gets better with age, and we're guessing it has a lot to do with his strict commitment to health and fitness.

Ahead of Sunday's emceeing gig at The Grove's "Run to Remember Los Angeles"—a half-marathon and 10K road race to honor fallen police officers and first responders (register here)—we sat down with Lopez to learn more about his remarkable preservation and what he considers to be his best physical feature. (Spoiler alert: it's not his dimples.)

Do you have a favorite fitness studio or gym?
I love Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood.

When you can't make it there, what are some quick ways you squeeze in a workout during busy days?
I wake up early and go running, or get creative with the furniture in my room.

Favorite pre- and post-workout snacks?
A banana, almonds, and an energy drink for pre-workout and a protein shake for after.

Which celebrity is your fitness hero?
If I had to pick one, it would be The Rock!

What's one fitness craze that you can't wait to try?
I've tried them all, they are all fun. I like to switch it up.

What body part are you most proud of?
My hands! They're pretty meaty.
