VENICELove Yoga (835 Lincoln Boulevard) and Sonage must be sharing our goals for overhauling our health and wellness routine in 2016, because this Thursday, the Cali-based skincare brand is headed to the Westside's coolest new yoga studio for Ritual Reboot. The afternoon event, which takes place from 1:30-3:30pm, features a gang of gurus including Love's founders Kyle Miller and Sian Gordon, Ryann Hanes-Sloan of Moon Juice, and Sonage's Chief Wellness Officer/Equinox founder Lavinia Errico, all of whom will teach guests life-improvement lessons like aromatherapy-assisted yoga postures and breathing techniques, detoxing the body with nutrients, and journaling with AllSwell notebooks. Tickets are $50 (this fee also includes healthful treats courtesy of Moon Juice) and since space will be limited, RSVP to rsvp@llrconsulting.com as soon as possible to hold your spot.

SANTA MONICA—What better place than the beach for chilling amid a backdrop of indie tropical tunes? Record label Paradise Ultd has planned a perfectly vibey night of exactly that for the release of their compilation "Night Shades" at Shore Bar (112 W Channel Road) this Wednesday. The 10:30pm event features the likes of artists Rambo V, Crown Ruff, Colour Vision, Curt Reynolds, and a special guest to provide the playlist. Grab a signature Moscow Mule at the lightly nautical lounge and settle in for an evening of sounds you can catch a buzz from. RSVP here to attend this one.
