Last month, we revealed that East Coast yoga craze Y7 was settling into a prime Melrose location early January. It happened, and yogis are going wild for the studio's minimalist-cool decor, music-fueled classes, and original merch.
All classes are mirror-less, candlelit, and feature infrared heat that warms the room up to 80-90 degrees. Sessions are 60 minutes, open to all levels, and offer two speed options: a fast-paced Vinyasa and a more relaxed Slow Burn.
As for pricing, client specials are $45 for two weeks unlimited or $99 for one month unlimited; class packages range from $25 for a single class to $440 for 25 classes; unlimited packages range from $179 for a month to $1,899 for a year. Mat can be rented for $2, and skidless towels can be rented for $3.
Check the scene above, book a class here, and cop one of their branded items, especially this two-sided beanie.
