One of our favorite mind/body/soul retreats is bringing the world's only mindful marathon to LA. This spring, wellness events producer Wanderlust is invading the Santa Monica Pier for a full day of flows, mediations, acroyoga, tribal marking (the pain-free painted kind), workshops, and more.
Going down Saturday, April 30th from 7:30am to 3pm, the family-friendly event also includes a 5k run/walk (or however you prefer to cross the finish line), yoga classes, a Kula Market featuring locally-made goods and gear, a kombucha biergarten (of course), and a schedule of TED-like talks.
See the day's entire itinerary here and buy advance individual or group tickets (which include a one-month Thrive Market membership for a limited time) for $29 here; kids are free, so bring your yogis-in-training, too.
