Y7 Studio brings its sweaty, beat-bumping flow to SPiN Standard at The Standard Hotel DTLA (550 S Flower Street) this week to help you stay on track with those New Year's fitness goals. The NYC-faved workout manages to be mind and body balancing, and physically intensive. This Tuesday and Wednesday, BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) to 5:45pm or 7pm classes at the hip hotel. Single classes are $15 and those who want to get locked in can register here.
WEST HOLLYWOOD—Speaking of your get-fit resolution, you've got another calorie-burning option Tuesday when Burn 60 Studios (8969 Santa Monica Boulevard) brings in Good Bad and Fab's Jenny Wu—a fitness and fashion lovin' LA lawyer/blogger—to host one of the interval training studio's effective signature workouts.
