Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Westsiders will have to sit tight for Platform's highly-anticipated debut, but with good reason. The under-construction luxury lifestyle center in Culver City has also nabbed British furniture and decor brand Tom Dixon and a pop-in space called On Holiday, which we're told will highlight "luxury-focused lifestyle brands looking to create a one-of-a-kind experience." Sounds intriguing.
Originally slated to open this fall, the outdoor shopping/fitness/dining hub is now scheduled to arrive in spring 2016, per Platform's Facebook. If you need a refresher, the development's stylish lineup already includes Velvet by Graham and Spencer, SoulCycle (and its West Coast HQ), Matt Bernson, Curve, Carven, and Aesop. More to come!
