Ever since Yeezy announced his interest in running for president in 2020, people are drinking the Kanye Kool-aid, most notably on Etsy, where tons of indie vendors have created themed gear. While we wait for street artists to unveil their opinions in mural form (you know it's going to happen), Angelenos are taking matters into their own hands.
The first major sighting can be found at Casa Vertigo at Pico-Union, where a massive "Kanye 2020?" banner has been put up by the 88,000-square-foot venue's owner, Shawn Far. LAist notes that the apparent "pop culture aficionado" wanted to "start a conversation and be part of the discussion."
