As if Taylor Swift didn't already have it all—a hit record, a superstar girl squad, a world tour filled with celebrity guests, an epic floral arrangement from Kanye West—the Brandy Melville-loving hitmaker has reportedly scored the mansion of all mansions, right here in Los Angeles.

Our sister site Curbed LA notes that "multiple sources" are confirming Swifty's $25 million cash purchase of the two-acre Goldwyn family estate in Beverly Hills. The legendary property that once hosted the likes of Charlie Chaplin and Marlene Dietrich features "six bedrooms and five bathrooms, a library, a card room, a theater with 35mm projection, a guest suite with a private entrance, staff lodging above the garage, terraces, gardens, lawns, a lighted tennis court, and a pool with pool house."
