Label-loving bargain hunters in Long Beach and Thousand Oaks will score a new designer deal haven this week. This Thursday, Nordstrom Rack is unveiling two new off-price outposts this Thursday, and both grand openings will be a freebie-happy party.
The department store megachain is opening a 24,000-square-foot space at Long Beach's Marina Pacifica shopping center, while Thousand Oaks's Janss Marketplace will enjoy a 40,000-square-foot shop. On top of 30 to 70% off Nordstrom-stocked brands like Rebecca Minkoff, Trina Turk, Kate Spade, Rag & Bone, and more cult-fave labels, both shops will offer on-site alterations and take Nordstrom Rewards.
Although both stores officially open this Thursday at 9am, Nordstrom Rack is kicking off festivities early at 8am with music, breakfast bites, and coffee. Shoppers over 18 at both locations can enter to win one of 30 $100 gift cards, and one lucky partygoer will score a $1,000 shopping spree and early bird access to spend their prize. Winners will be announced at 8:25am, and the first 1,000 shoppers at both stores score a free tote bag with purchase.
Nordstrom Rack at Marina Pacifica in Long Beach will be open Monday through Friday from 10am to 9pm, Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and Sunday from 11am to 7pm; the shop at Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks will be open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm and Sunday from 11am to 7pm.
