Assuming that the first day of fall (tomorrow!) means less sweat-inducing temps, this weekend's an opportune time for an all-day retail therapy sesh. This Saturday, bargain hunters may want to park themselves at Melrose Avenue for the stretch's second-ever sidewalk sale.

Happening from 12 to 6pm, the day-long shopping bash promises bargains, booze, and freebies from Fairfax to Highland Avenues.
