Matiere's Edgy-Meets-Athletic Menswear Pops Up on West Third Street

Stylish gents in need of an edgy wardrobe upgrade may want to hit up Liberty Fairs's revolving pop-up shop on West Third Street this month. Continuing the space's menswear-happy tenancy is Cali-based brand Matiere, which is holding court through Sunday, September 27th.

Launched in 2013, the label crafts athletic-inspired pieces with a modern focus, like elongated jersey tees in monochrome hues, breathable nylon pants, nylon and mesh windbreaker hoodies, and more. On top of stocking Matiere's full fall/winter 2015 collection and select items from its spring/summer line, the pop-up offers eyewear by Lucky Selectism, accessories and bags by Graf + Lantz, and footwear by ETQ Amsterdam.

Matiere is open Tuesday through Sunday from 12 to 6pm; closed Monday.
